Steven Von — President

Steven leads all construction and renovation operations for VonLuxe Hospitality. With decades of experience overseeing complex hospitality and commercial projects, he brings disciplined project management, hands-on leadership, and a relentless focus on quality to every build. Under Steve’s direction, all projects follow a comprehensive management framework that ensures precise coordination, proactive communication, and strict quality control from start to finish.

Jennifer Von — Managing Partner

Jennifer oversees strategic planning, financial alignment, and partner relationships across VonLuxe Hospitality’s portfolio. She ensures every project is structured for long-term performance, profitability, and operational efficiency. Jennifer works closely with ownership groups, investors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and financial transparency throughout the lifecycle of each project.

Lauren Forbus — Co-Owner & Creative Director

Lauren leads the brand vision, design direction, and guest-experience strategy for VonLuxe Hospitality. She oversees design, renderings, furnishing concepts, and marketing assets to ensure every property delivers a cohesive, premium experience that performs in today’s hospitality market. Working closely with construction and operations, Lauren ensures creative intent translates into real-world impact and long-term ROI.
